ServersRus provides web hosting, Minecraft game server hosting, custom PC assembly, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ServersRus is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use our services for: illegal activities, distributing malware, phishing, DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining on shared resources, hosting content that violates intellectual property rights, or any activity that degrades service for other users.
Payments are processed via bank transfer (Republic Bank). Web hosting and game server subscriptions are billed monthly. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. Custom PC orders are non-refundable once assembly begins.
Free hosting accounts are subject to resource limits and auto-sleep after 15 minutes of inactivity. Free accounts may be suspended or deleted after 90 days of no activity. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.
We aim for 99.9% uptime on paid plans. However, ServersRus is not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages arising from service interruptions. We recommend maintaining your own backups.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using our services, you grant ServersRus a limited license to host and serve your content. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Custom PC builds include a 30-day warranty covering defects in assembly. Component warranties are covered by their respective manufacturers. Shipping damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
