1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using serversrus.net and the services provided by ServersRus Ltd ("ServersRus", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ServersRus provides web hosting, application deployment, and related infrastructure services to customers in Trinidad and Tobago and internationally. Services include project hosting, file management, custom domain routing, and billing management.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to access paid features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ServersRus services to:

• Host malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious software
• Conduct phishing, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Host adult content without prior written approval
• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or abuse shared infrastructure
• Host torrents or any content that facilitates copyright infringement
• Violate any applicable law or regulation of Trinidad and Tobago or internationally

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without refund.

5. Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD).
• Payment is processed via bank transfer. Plans are activated after manual verification by our team, typically within 1 business day.
• Multi-month plans are billed in advance at the discounted rate shown at checkout.
• Plans are not automatically renewed. You will receive a renewal reminder before your plan expires.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion, typically pro-rated for unused months in the case of service issues on our end.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Paid plans include always-on hosting. Free plans are subject to inactivity sleep. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content and code you deploy. We do not access your application files except for support purposes with your explicit permission.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your projects and data will be deleted within 30 days. We are not liable for any loss of data upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServersRus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
