Cash payments require an in-person signed receipt.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Clients under a signed Service Agreement should review their agreement for any term commitments before changing plans.

Monthly fees are due on or before the 1st of each month. A 7-day grace period applies. After that, a flat TTD $75.00 late fee plus 3% monthly interest accrues on the overdue balance until paid in full.

Refund policy depends on the service: (a) monthly self-serve subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no further charges after the current month; (b) clients under a signed Service Agreement are bound by the 12-month minimum commitment — early termination triggers all remaining months becoming immediately due; (c) build fees for custom website projects are non-refundable once work has commenced, as set out in the signed Service Agreement.

The Creator plan is the cheapest paid web hosting in Trinidad at TTD $69/mo (about US$10) and includes up to 3 websites, 10 GB NVMe SSD storage, 512 MB of dedicated RAM, free SSL, global CDN delivery, zero-downtime deploys, and a free subdomain. Studio is TTD $135/mo (US$20) and Enterprise is TTD $270/mo (US$40). Perfect for portfolios, landing pages, and static sites.

Yes. ServersRus offers a free hosting plan in Trinidad with free SSL included. Free plan projects sleep automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity to conserve resources, and wake up automatically when someone visits — usually in 3–60 seconds depending on runtime. Paid plans are always-on.

Yes, ServersRus is a Trinidad-based hosting company and all prices are in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD). ServersRus Hosting is not currently VAT-registered (we are below the TTD $500,000 annual threshold), so prices are inclusive — no VAT is added at checkout. If we become required to register, we will give 30 days written notice before applying VAT.

Yes. Free SSL certificates are included on every ServersRus hosting plan, including the free tier. SSL is automatically provisioned and renewed via Let's Encrypt — there is nothing to configure.

Yes. You can connect any custom domain to a paid ServersRus hosting plan. DNS management is included and an SSL certificate is automatically provisioned for your domain.

Creator supports HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (static hosting). Studio and Enterprise add Node.js, Python, and PHP for dynamic apps and APIs. Each project runs in an isolated container.
